Want to give back to a community that gives so much too you? Volunteers must pass a background check, complete an online child protection training, and be positive mentor for our villagers. While volunteering, you are expected to help setup activities, fully engage (PLAY) in activities.

We are looking for applicants that are passionate about youth development. We believe that every interaction with a child is an intricate part of the child, and later an adult life. If you can provide a high energy, excitement, and integrity for the kiddos and fellow co-workers, this is the job for you. We service kids from PreK- 12th grade. You will have a consistent schedule, training, and a fun work environment. Be ready to learn something new everyday, enjoy physical activity, teach, adapt, and serve. At The Village, you will learn skills and fundamentals that surpass childcare, and will be useful in your daily life and future career.
