The Village Program is a multifaceted youth and community organization. The Village has an environment that fosters physical and emotional safety. We stand and instill integrity, kindness, and grace in all activities. We serve as a hub for humanity. We offer several services that will  benefit your family, and connect you with services outside of the program.

Welcome Villagers, my name is Freddie Carper. I have a passion to build individual's self-esteem and finding their identity intrinsically. Before, I attached who I am with exterior factors. One day, a college advisor asked “who is Freddie” I replied “I am an Aggie, member of many organizations, musician, business major (at that time) a son, a brother, a black man. My counselor replied “Those are roles, but who is Freddie?”

By the love and teaching of Jesus Christ, many trials, and through stewardship, I discover myself, gifts and passions. I am the son of King Jesus, created to serve my community with my high energy, love, kindness, laughter, and imagination.

I believe in planting at least one seed in a few, will yield a harvest to sustain a village.
